The
swiss soprano Andrea Lang graduated in the year 1999 at the Conservatory of
arts Berlin with distinction, she studied singing with Professor Ingrid Figur.
She was a member of the ensemble at the opera house in Linz between 2000 and
2003, where she sang many important lyric soprano roles.
Since then regular opera and concert appearances have led the young artist to the Berlin Philharmonia, the Vienna Konzerthaus, the Brucknerhaus in Linz, the Grossen Festspielhaus in Bregenz, the Tonhalle Zürich, the Ravinia Festival Chicago, the Lucerne Festival, the Brucknerfest Linz, the World Expo 05 in Aichi/Japan and last but not least, the first St. Galler Festspiele 2006.
